Lawrence Scott Kibler, Esq.
Scott Kibler was born and grew up in southeastern Ohio. After graduating from high school, he joined the U.S. Navy in 1981. Working in the nuclear field, his Navy career included tours of duty onboard the USS Virginia (CGN-38) and the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) as well as Instructor duty at the Naval Prototype Training Unit and Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. He achieved the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer (Surface Warfare/Air Warfare) before retiring from active duty service in 2001.
Following retirement, Scott attended law school graduating cum laude and law review. Scott interned as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Florida. Upon completion of law school, he relocated to Citrus County, Florida, and worked as a Staff Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit in Citrus and Sumter Counties.
In January of 2010, Scott began in private practice as an associate of the Law Office of Deutschman & Zakaria. Scott concentrates his practice on representing fellow veterans and their families in their fight against the Veterans’ Administration. A zealous advocate, Scott has helped many veterans obtain disability compensation, pensions, and other veterans’ benefits they were once denied.
